Hawk Hallow is the perfect starting point. When Compass took over this project we were happy to see quality work had been done throughout the initial construction. This left us in our perfect situation. We just needed to finish the project in such a manner that it would be stunning.

That said, many of the previously optional upgrades have been made into standard selections, and the pricing on the heavily upgraded base units and all of the wonderfull additional upgrades have been revised to compete in todays market.
